Frequently asked questions

Where are the warmers made, and where do they ship from?

They are manufactured in China and ship directly from the factory to your country. The country of origin is stated on the commercial invoice.

Who handles customs and import duties?

We quote DAP (Delivered at Place): we deliver to the address in your order, and you pay the import duties and import VAT when the goods arrive.

Air or sea freight?

Sea freight is standard, as a full container or LCL (less than container load, shared with other shipments). Air freight is available on request, at your cost.

What is the minimum order?

One pallet for a quote. If you want to test the warmers first, you can order a single case as a sample, at a set sample price.

Why preorder?

We produce to confirmed orders, so you get fresh stock at a better price than buying from someone else’s warehouse. Payment terms are set out in your quote.

Are the warmers hazardous to ship?

They are not classified as hazardous under GHS. They contain iron powder, activated charcoal, vermiculite, salt and water. The surface can get hot enough to burn, so avoid direct skin contact and don’t open the inner pack. The safety data sheet has the details.

Do you show prices?

No. Every order gets its own quote.

Can I buy single packs?

No. We sell to businesses in cases and pallets. For small quantities in the United States, see HeatPackUSA.
