What we collect when you visit this website or send us a request, and what happens to it.

Last updated November 3, 2026

This policy describes what happens to your information when you visit warmlast.com or send us a bulk order request, distributor inquiry or message. It is written to describe what this site actually does, nothing more.

Who we are

Warmlast is a brand of PPC International LLC, 20743 Future Farm Dr, Mount Dora, Florida 32757, United States (“Warmlast”, “we”, “us”). We decide how the information described here is used, so we act as its controller.

For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].

What we collect

Information you send us. Our forms ask for:

  • your company name and country
  • your name and work email address
  • your phone number (optional)
  • for a bulk order request: the products and quantities you want, your target delivery month, sea or air freight, and your delivery city and postal code (optional)
  • for a distributor inquiry: your website (optional) and what you tell us about your business
  • any message you add

Please don’t include payment details or other sensitive information in a message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records standard server logs: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page, and the date and time. When you send a form, we also store the country Cloudflare estimates from your IP address.

Spam protection. The forms use a hidden “honeypot” field and reject requests that browsers send from other websites. To limit how many requests one sender can make, we store a scrambled code (a keyed hash) made from your IP address, not the address itself. It is cleared the next time anyone sends a form more than an hour later, so on a quiet day it can last longer.

Analytics (only with your consent). If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics also collects usage information (see “Cookies, consent and analytics”).

Why we use it and how long we keep it

We don’t add you to a mailing list because you sent a request. We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use as few as we can.

Necessary. A small setting in your browser’s local storage that remembers your cookie choice (wl_cookie_consent, kept for 12 months). The site can’t remember your choice without it, so it is always on.

Analytics (only with your consent). We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see how people use the site, for example which pages are viewed. Analytics cookies (such as _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID, kept for up to 2 years) are set only after you click “Accept” on our cookie banner. Google Analytics doesn’t load at all until you accept, so if you decline, no analytics cookies are set. Google signals are turned off. Google receives your IP address with each request, but Google Analytics 4 doesn’t log or store it.

No advertising cookies. We don’t use advertising, retargeting or social media tracking pixels on this site.

Changing your mind. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a decline of analytics cookies unless you choose to accept them in Cookie settings.

To learn more about how Google uses data, see How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Who else handles the data

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run Warmlast, and only as much as they need to do that job.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights, safety or property of Warmlast or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

International transfers. We are based in the United States, and our providers may process data in the US and other countries. Where UK or EEA data is transferred, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it
  • correct information that is inaccurate
  • delete your information
  • object to or restrict how we use it
  • receive your information in a portable format

To make a request, email [email protected]. We will reply within 30 days, and may need to confirm your identity first.

UK and EEA residents. You can complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office), though we’d appreciate the chance to help first.

Children

This website is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website changes. We will change the “Last updated” date at the top.
