Terms

Terms for using this website, and for quotes, samples and orders.

Last updated November 3, 2026

These terms cover your use of warmlast.com and any quote, sample or order you place with us for Warmlast shipping warmers. Where we have signed a separate written agreement with you, that agreement wins wherever the two disagree.

1. Who these terms are with

Warmlast is a brand of PPC International LLC, a California limited liability company, 20743 Future Farm Dr, Mount Dora, Florida 32757, United States (“Warmlast”, “we”, “us”).

“You” means the business that requests a quote or places an order. We sell only to businesses, not to consumers. By sending a request or placing an order you confirm you are acting for a business and are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. Quotes

When you send a bulk order request, we reply with a quote stating the products, quantities, delivered cost and lead time. A quote is not a binding offer until you confirm it and we accept your order in writing. Each quote is valid for the period stated on it.

Quotes start at one pallet (30 cases). Prices are not shown on the website; every order is quoted.

3. Samples

You can order a single case as a sample, at a set sample price that we confirm before you pay. Samples are for testing and are not a commitment to place a larger order.

4. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed when you accept our quote and we confirm it in writing. Payment terms, including any deposit, are set out in your quote. Because we make each order to the quantities you confirm, an order can’t be cancelled once production has started, unless we both agree otherwise in writing.

Prices don’t include import duties, import VAT or other taxes in your country (see section 5).

5. Delivery, duties and risk

We ship on DAP (Delivered at Place, Incoterms 2020) terms to the address in your order. That means:

  • we arrange and pay for transport to your address
  • you pay the import duties, import VAT and any customs fees in your country, and handle import clearance
  • risk in the goods passes to you when they are made available to you at that address, ready for unloading

Sea freight, as a full container or LCL (less than container load), is standard. Air freight is available on request, at your cost. Lead times in a quote are estimates; we will tell you promptly about any delay.

The warmers are made in China and ship directly from the factory to your country. You are responsible for making sure you can lawfully import and use them in your country.

6. Using the warmers

Use the warmers as described on the product pages and the safety data sheet. In particular, a warmer reaches working temperature within 2 hours of being exposed to air, may stop working if the box drops below 32°F (0°C), and doesn’t work wet.

The rated hours and test results on our website are measured under test conditions. Actual performance depends on the box, the insulation, the outside temperature and the transit time. You are responsible for choosing the right warmer and the right number of warmers for your shipments, and for how you pack them. We are not responsible for the survival or condition of plants, animals or other goods you ship.

7. Problems with an order

Check your delivery on arrival. If goods are damaged, missing or not what you ordered, tell us within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and photos. We will then either replace the affected goods or refund what you paid for them, whichever we judge is the better remedy.

8. Warranties and liability

We supply the warmers as described in our product information and the safety data sheet. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, if there’s a problem with an order, replacing the affected goods or refunding what you paid for them (section 7) is your only remedy. Beyond that, we have no liability for an order, however it arises, including for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or goodwill.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that can’t be limited by law.

9. Using this website

Don’t use this website to break the law, send spam, or attack, overload or interfere with it. The website content, including the Warmlast name, logo and packaging designs, belongs to us.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one in force when we confirm it.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and the courts located in Florida have exclusive jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

Questions about these terms: email [email protected] or use the contact form.
